Welcome to Computer Applications, Spring 2006

I would like to welcome my new students--NOHS Upper School--to this spring '06 semester. Hopefully you will find this site very helpful and useful for the duration of this class. PLEASE READ ALL PREVIOUS POSTS BEFORE GOING ANY FURTHER! Your first assignment is to comment to this post. Comment on the following things:

Go Mustangs!!

On Tuesday, December 13, the NOHS Mustangs beat South Oldham in both girls and boys basketball! All teams played hard and with poise, but the Mustangs prevailed over the Dragons. Highlights of the game included the NOHS Fillies performance during halftime of both games. All students and parents represented North with class and style. My personal favorite was the ever-popular chant of the NOHS student body: "Drive home safely!" Way to go Mustangs! Keep playing with heart!

Welcome To Tech Talk!

How exciting!! We now have a place to discuss important technology issues, class assignments, school happenings, etc. Now, let's get a few ground rules set up for this blog site. First of all, this is a school site, so we must adhere to those conditions. School rules do apply to this site. The will be NO PROFANITY, DISCRIMINATION, INSULTS, OR ANYTHING ELSE REMOTELY INAPPROPRIATE. If a member is found doing this, they will be warned once, and upon a second violation, they will be banned from this blog and their parents will most certainly be informed. This is not a place to be cruel. This is a place for getting to know our fellow peers.

Part of this site will be to communicate with you and your parents about the status of technology at NOHS. We all know that we have no where to go but UP!! But we can't go UP without YOUR help!

So, I look forward to your thought and ideas about how we can bring technology education to the TOP at NOHS. Go Mustangs!!
